- Custom product development
- Brand identity, UI/UX design, and web development
Project terms are defined in individual proposals and contracts.
Intellectual Property
Our Work:
Designs, code, and deliverables created for clients become client property upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in contract.
Our IP:
MediaMen Services retains rights to our methodologies, processes, and reusable code libraries.
Portfolio Rights:
We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless client requests confidentiality.
Project Process
Proposals:
All projects begin with written proposal including scope, timeline, and pricing.
Payments:
Payment terms specified in proposal. Typical structure:
- 50% deposit to start
- 50% upon completion
Revisions:
Included revisions specified in proposal. Additional revisions billed hourly.
Timeline:
Estimated timelines provided in proposal. Actual timeline depends on client feedback speed.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide:
- Timely feedback and approvals
- Required content and assets
- Access to necessary systems
- Clear project requirements
Limitation of Liability
MediaMen Services is not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Lost profits or business interruption
- Delays caused by client feedback
- Third-party service failures
Warranty
We warrant that our work:
- Functions as specified in proposal
- Is free of major defects
- Meets industry standards
Warranty period: 30 days after delivery for bug fixes.
Termination
Either party may terminate with 14 days written notice. Client pays for work completed to date.
Confidentiality
We maintain confidentiality of client information and proprietary data.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use of site constitutes acceptance.
