A marketing website for a UK call centre and outsourcing provider offering inbound customer service, lead generation, and back-office support. We designed and built the full site on WordPress, kept the plugin count to a single tool, and wired enquiries directly into the client's CRM.
The Brief
The client sells trust and reliability to businesses in regulated sectors, so the site had to feel credible and load fast on every device. They wanted a lean, maintainable build with no plugin bloat, and every enquiry captured cleanly rather than lost in an inbox.
What We Built
A complete corporate site covering service pages, social proof, testimonials, and clear "Let's Connect" calls to action. Elementor was used purely for layout. Everything beyond it, from the enquiry handling to the CRM connection, was hand-coded so the site stayed light and fully under our control.
